To purchase products, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Wholesale accounts require business verification and approval. We reserve the right to reject any wholesale application at our discretion.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Bulk pricing discounts apply automatically based on order quantity as displayed on product pages. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
For approved wholesale accounts, payment terms may be extended subject to credit approval and written agreement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom orders and certain product categories may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned products and will be issued to the original payment method.

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.
